We can find nepotism everywhere at every place either in education system, business, or job or any other place. Film industry is one of the biggest talk going on right now regarding nepotism. Film industry is not behind in anything and here also there are many who just support star kids or person who is already rich.

This year we lost a very talented star Sushant singh rajput just because of nepotism. There are so many people who support it. As everyone knows what it can cause to there is no action taken by police. If they try to take than all the big stars or say people like karan johar will pay them a lot that police will not say anything and the case will be closed.

This is how system works in INDIA.

Let's talk about some star kids who are not that good in their skills and don't have IQ then also they have been awarded more than any other actor who is good at everything even did hit films but than also they were not awarded.

Let's begin with Sonakshi sinha

Everyone knows alia bhatt for her IQ because she was not aware of  President of INDIA. But sonakshi sinha is more than that. At a show she was asked a question that for whom Hanumanji bought sanjivni booti and she was confused and she had to ask her friend or family about it. 

Can anyone think of this she has done more than 20 films which were not even a hit than also she was awarded for that.

The irony is that her mansion is named Ramayana but she don't know what happened in it.

Let's talk about an actor who took stand against it and how she was threatened by Mumbai police.

Kangana ranaut who took stand against every Bollywood actor and shared everything what is going on inside Bollywood, is a fearless, bold and independent actor who never gets scared of anything.

Mumbai police did break her house in Delhi this year after she spoke about  Maharashtra CM. She compared Mumbai to Pakistan because lot of crime is increasing in Mumbai.

4. Balaji- By ekta kapoor

There are more who are supporting nepotism.

Karan johar is one of the name which is heard these days by many people because he promoted nepotism on his show "Coffee with karan". He used to give questions in which the actors didn't had any options but had to give such answers which humiliated many actors like sushant. 

There are many star kids who are given priorities in films. Indian film industry is a business not a talent exposure. The person with a talent is not promoted rather than the star kid is promoted.

Let's fight against nepotism which is everywhere.

At last I would just conclude by saying that this is a human nature these days to promote nepotism. The one who can stop is us. If we can change ourselves our perspectives than there will be huge change in human society. If we all can unite and stop watching star kids film who don't have a good talent but got famous just because of their family member.
